Anthony "Tony" Scot Boggs

Anthony “Tony” Scot Boggs, 63, of Columbia City, Ind., passed away on February 10, 2026, at his home. Born November 19, 1962, in Columbia City, he was a graduate of Columbia City High School, class of 1981. In his younger years, he developed a passion for farming and enjoyed working on his family farm along with working with other area farmers. He began driving truck in 1991 until 2019, having last worked for Showcase Enterprise. Tony was a simple man who enjoyed time spent with his wife and family. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Bobbi (Gorrell) Boggs of Columbia City; children, Heather (Jeffrey Palmer Jr.) Friend of Columbia City, Alan McCain Jr. of Fort Wayne, Amanda (Joe) Simpson of Columbia City, and Vanessa (Kenny) Steele of Columbia City ; eight grandchildren; father, Otto L. Boggs Sr., of Columbia City; brother, Otto (Cindy) Boggs Jr., of Columbia City; father and mother in-law, Edwin (Roberta) Gorrell of Fort Wayne; and sister-in-law, Tam (Ike) McGinnis of Fort Wayne.
