Obituary of Brad Boggs
Bradley Wayne Boggs was called to his Heavenly Home on Sunday, March 13, 2022, and now rests in the arms of our dear Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Brad was born on September 10, 1957 to the late John Roger and Edith Earline (Taylor) Boggs. He grew up on the ancestral farm in Green Township in Noble County. He attended Green Center Grade School and graduated from Churubusco High School in 1975. Brad Served in the Naval Reserve and attended Ball State University. He was an avid golfer, and worked as a groundskeeper at Sugar Mill Golf Club in New Smyrna Beach, Florida early in his life. He worked at SuperValu Food Marketing for 25 years before retiring in 2018. Everyone knew Brad as someone who would give you the shirt off his back. His presence was always known, as you were instantly surrounded by his laughter, joy, kindness and goodness. No matter your circumstance, Brad would always get you laughing and smiling. He truly loved the Lord and carried his Bible by his side. He leaves behind his cherished son, Noah Boggs of Fort Wayne; brothers, Samuel (Jill) Boggs of Albion and Brian (Audrey) Boggs of Fort Wayne; sister, Suzanne (Boggs) Kennard of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; several nephews and nieces; and his extended family, Keith, Janell, and Steele Sorg all of Fort Wayne. In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking donations be directed to the family for funeral expenses. A visitation for Bradley will be held Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46835, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
