Carol "Carlie" E. (Tippmann) Eisaman, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away at home surrounded by loving family on Saturday, November 6, 2021. Born on September 20, 1948, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary (nee Cross) Tippmann; and was the owner and operator of JMJ Books and Gifts in Georgetown Square.
Carlie is survived by her husband of 48 years, Paul E. Eisaman Sr.; sons, Paul (Jen) Eisaman Jr., Phil (Julia) Eisaman, Andrew (Meredith) Eisaman, and Mark (Rachel) Eisaman, all of Fort Wayne; daughters, Emily Eisaman, and Shelly Eisaman, both of Fort Wayne; as well as 11 grandchildren, eight siblings, and many other extended family members. She was also preceded in death by her son, Timothy J. Eisaman; and seven siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at St. Jude Catholic Church (2130 Pemberton Drive, Fort Wayne), with calling one hour prior. Calling will also take place from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm on Monday, November 15, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home (6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne). Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne
