Carolyn Jean Coder

Carolyn Jean Coder, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Parkview Hospital - Randallia. She was born on August 15, 1945, in Fort Wayne and was a daughter of the late John and Mildred (nee King) Gater and was of the Catholic faith. Carolyn loved the lake and spent 42 years living on the lake. She worked for Gregory & Associates for 45 years. Carolyn loved to help all that she could. She leaves to cherish many memories to her husband of 51 devoted years, Robert Edward Coder; a sister-in-law, Shirley Casterline; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Ladd. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home (6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne), with calling two hours prior to the service.
