Cheryll Ann Lootens, 66, of Grabill, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 at her home with her husband by her side. Born October 3, 1949 in Denver, CO., she was a daughter of the late Richard Sanderford and Rose Marie (Turner) Van Curan. Cheryll was a wonderful homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church for several years. She is survived by her husband, John Lootens of Grabill; sons, Michael (Susan) Lootens of Belleville, IL and Paul (Cherilyn) Lootens of Denver, CO; three grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; and brother, Steven (Sharon) Sanderford of Fayetteville, PA. She was also preceded in death by her twin-sister, Linda Birin. A Mass of Christian Burial is on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7215 St. Joe Rd., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Inurnment will be at Marion National Cemetery, Marion, Ind. Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the Allen County SPCA.
