Chris worked for several years at Benchmark Workshop, from which he retired, and is survived by a host of friends. He was very friendly, sweet, and always lit up the room with his infectious smile.
Chris enjoyed coffee, cigarettes, car rides, Starbucks, country music, and Mardi Gras beads. He always had a single dollar bill in his wallet which he claims was all he needed. He truly cared for others and was always protective of them.
Funeral Service is 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Pastor Tim Fisher officiating.
