Connie L. Zurcher, 87, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Connie was born on February 26, 1938 in Fort Wayne, a daughter of the late George O. and Grace L. (Warrick) Yarian, Sr. She enjoyed being a homemaker, needlework, crafts, wintering in Florida for 9 years, and being involved in church ministries for 30 years. She was a member at Grace Point Church of the Nazarene. Surviving family include her step children, Brenda (Garey) Miller, Stanley (Konny) Zurcher, Arlene (John) Minerd, Myrna (Ken) Hull, and Patricia (Walt) Schafianski; numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; brother, George Yarian; and step son-in-law, Mark Rippe. Besides her parents, Connie was preceded in passing by her husbands, William Laymon and Leonard Zurcher; step-daughter, Sandra Rippe; sister-in-law, Pat Yarian; and a step granddaughter. A gathering of family and friends for Connie will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at StoryPoint Fort Wayne North, 3715 Union Chapel Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, followed by a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 2:00 pm.
