He worked as a parts clerk for Truck Pro for 20 years before retiring on June 1, 2018. He was a member at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, Fort Wayne. Surviving family include his children, Sandra (Jay) Reichert, Brian (Patricia) Latham, and Kevin (Traci) Latham; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Dave was preceded in passing by his wife, Nancy (Russell) Latham; and grandson, Anthony Jackson. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7215 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior. Inurnment will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to Cancer Service of Northeast Indiana in remembrance of his wife, Nancy.
