DAVID R. RAMOS, 61, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, April 17 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born Sept. 16, 1950, in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Felipa Ramos of Fort Wayne and the late Paul Ramos Sr. He was employed with the City of Fort Wayne Street Department for over 15 years. Also surviving are his wife, Sandra K.; daughters, Gina Ramos of Minneapolis, Minn. and Angelina (Samuel) Leto III of Fort Wayne; son, David Ramos II of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; brother, John (Lucy) Rivera of Yoder; and sisters, Mary Mauricio of Roanoke, Clara (Robert) Harris of Fort Wayne and Martha (Rick) Sweeney of Grabill. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Ramos Jr. and Samuel Ramos. Funeral service is 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2012, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Pastor William Velarde officiating. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2012, at the funeral home. Entombment in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
