DONALD E. CASE, 82, of Fort Wayne, died on Saturday, May 28, 2011, at his residence. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Harry and Olive Case. He retired from Don Ayres Honda. "He was a loving husband, Father, grandfather, and friend to all." Surviving are his wife, Barbara A. Case of Fort Wayne; children, Donna (Rick) Aspy of Angola, Charlene (Tom) Hungerford of Kissimmee, Fla., Annette Ruppert of Woodburn, Jennifer (Steven) Gamez of Fort Wayne, and Donald S. (Lyandra) Case of Hoagland; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Jewell Timmons of New Haven; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Case of Payne, Ohio. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Aubrey Andrew; and brother, James Case. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2011, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2011, at the funeral home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Woodburn Food Bank.
