Doris Marie Moll, 93, of Fort Wayne, passed away on June 16, 2018. Born on February 15, 1925, in Kansas City, Missouri, she was a daughter of the late, Forrest H and Edna A (Pratt) Beers; she was a member of the Women’s Lutheran Services Club, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Friends, and the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre. Doris was a kind, loving, and gentle Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
She is survived by her sons, Al (Cathy) Moll, of Fort Wayne, and Doug (Gail) Moll, of The Villages, Florida; granddaughters, Kimberly (Ryan) Lyman, Emily (Justin) Sadowsky, and Rebecca (Dave) Boles; great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Reagan Boles, and Alister and Palmer Sadowsky; sister, Norma L Poe; and brother, Roy A Beers. She was also preceded in death by her husband Alvin R Moll Sr., in 1989; sister, Edna Carlson; and brothers, Lewis, and Budd Beers.
A Celebration of Doris’ Life will be held at 6pm, Tuesday, June 19, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling two hours prior. Memorial donations may be given to the Staff at Georgetown Place, Fort Wayne.
