Elsie Virginia Hamm

Elsie V Hamm, 95, of New Haven, passed away on March 20, 2018, at The Cedars, Leo. Born on July 23, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Arthur S. and Faye J. (Keck) Grunden. She is survived by her daughters, Gaye Lynn (Dave) Merz, and Joan Carol (David) Shively; six grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert John Hamm. Funeral service will be 11am, Monday, March 26, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 2 to 6pm, Sunday, March 25, at the funeral home. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Memorial donations may be given to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
