Gloria Christina (Doehla) Coverdale of Fort Wayne passed in to eternal life on Saturday, January 29, 2022. Gloria was born December 17, 1934 to the late Herbert John George and Imogene Blanche (Blackburn) Doehla in Angola, Indiana. Gloria graduated from North Side High School, Fort Wayne, Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, and Roy Vogue School of Interior Design in Chicago, Illinois. She married John W. Coverdale in 1995 and he preceded her in death. She is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne with visitation two hours prior. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allen County 4-H Club, Allen County SPCA, or Donor's Choice.
