Jennifer L. Hall, 43, of Portland, Connecticut, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away on December 26, 2015. She is survived by her father, David Hall; and brother, Nick (Jennifer) Hall. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kristina Hall.
Memorial service will be 3pm Saturday, January 9, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling from 1pm until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the family.
