Jerry is survived by his friends and family at Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana, and A.I.D. of Indiana.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, December 10, 2021, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
