John worked at and retired from Dana Corporation. John was a youth baseball coach for over 20 years in Fort Wayne. He was also a Chicago Cubs fan.
He is survived by his children Darren (Janet) Bloebaum and Brian Bloebaum; and a sister, Nancy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Bloebaum and parents, Raymond and Veronica Bloebaum.
A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Monday, February 16, 2026 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46835 with visitation from 11 am to 1 pm.
Burial will take place immediately following in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN.
