Jon Allen Uhrick of Spencerville, Indiana, passed from this earthly life on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center at the age of 76. Born on March 20, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Fred and Betty Jane (nee McClellan) Uhrick. Jon was a lover of life and enjoyed it until the day the Lord called him home. All that knew Jon knows he loved to speak his mind. He loved to tinker with all sorts of things. Holidays, he would always set off acetylene bombs. He loved building things and was a trained diesel machine mechanic; training many servicemen during his time of service in the Army. Jon also worked with and owned a computer shop.
