KATHLEEN "KATHY" MIDDLETON, 52, of Fort Wayne, died on Friday, June 3, 2011, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. Born Dec. 16, 1958, in Goshen, Ind., she was a daughter of Lee Mc Farren of Milford, Ind. and the late Doral Mc Farren. Also surviving are her daughter, Kelly (Darren) Guiff of Woodburn; son, Ryan (Julie) Lechleidner of Fishers; three grandchildren; and sister, Elaine (Jim) Orn of Aurora, Ill. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Steve Mc Farren. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at the funeral home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
