

Larry O. Miller, 83, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Larry was born on October 5, 1941, in Paulding, Ohio, a son of the late Robert and Alyce (Smith) Miller. Larry graduated from Paulding High School and attended college for one year in Arizona before joining the U.S. Army and serving in the Vietnam War. Larry worked for over 30 years at General Electric as an electric motor tester. He originally met his wife, Estelle (Meeks) Miller at General Electric, and they were married in 1994. He was a member at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Fort Wayne. Larry loved gardening, traveling, cooking, and animals, especially his dogs. He was known for making homemade salsa and beef and noodles, among other things, for family get togethers. Larry is survived by his wife, Estelle (Meeks) Miller; his siblings, Robert (Heather) Miller, Rochelle (Russ) Reinhart, Diane Sinn, Wendy Lengacher, Gerry Miller, Phillip Miller, and James (Peggy) Miller; Estelle’s sons Tim Epple, Tom Epple, Todd Epple, and their families; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins. Larry was preceded in death by his parents; and by his sister, Sharon Ashbaugh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1502 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior.
