Merrill E. Stevens, 72, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022. Merrill was born February 11, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Earl and Phyllis Stevens. He served in the U.S. Navy. Surviving family include his brother, Frank (Laura) Perkins. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Matthews United Methodist Cemetery, Columbia City, Indiana.
