

NORMAN E. GRAYLESS, of Leo, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011, at his residence. Born March 21, 1943, in Fort Wayne, he was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in Vietnam. He retired from Tuthill Corporation, Super Linkage Division, in New Haven in 2010, after over 20 years of service. He was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, the American Legion Post 409 in Leo, the Leo Masonic Lodge 224 F.&.A.M., the Scottish Rite, York Rite, Mizpah Temple and National Sojourners. Surviving are his wife, Cheryl A.; daughters, Amy S. (Paul) Shuler Jr. of Leo and Victoria L. Grayless of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Danielle F., Madison N. and Braden P. Shuler; sister, Betty L. (Don) Vinson of Bristol, Ill.; and his kitty, Punkin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bryon and Jeannette Grayless; and brother, Raymond B. Grayless. Memorial service is 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 12640 St. Joe Road with visitation two hours prior. Rev. Rodney Smeltzer officiating. Private burial, with Military Honors, in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Preferred memorials to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Parkview Home Health & Hospice, Shriner's Childrens Hospital or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana
