Patricia Ann Goyal

Patricia Ann Goyal was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Harold & Genevieve McDowell on May 31, 1938. She and her three sisters Sharon, Janice, and Barbara had a very close bond throughout their lives. She was married to Om P. Goyal from 1959 - 1974. She was a loving mother to her four children: Anita Falls, Winton Goyal, Toby Juarez (Jeff), Usha Mumma. She adored her six grandchildren: Nicholas (Melissa) Goyal, Alan (Audrey) Falls, Ryan (Abby) Falls, Trisha Goyal, Austin Mumma, Taylor (Sandra) Mumma and also her six great-grandchildren: Jordan Lee, Alliyah and Adrian Goyal, Daniel Pape, Evelynn Houston and Marionna Mumma. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her sister Barbara Kassa of Romulus, Michigan, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Janice Johnson and Sharon Szekera. Pat proudly earned her GED in 1977 and became a CS Tech at Parkview Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed her job there for more than 29 years when she retired in 2006. Pat liked traveling with family to Michigan, Texas, Florida, Las Vegas, Canada, India, and Frankfurt Germany. She was a voracious reader, especially of biographies. She enjoyed evening walks and swimming. Known as a hard worker, a kind, wise, selfless, appreciative, generous woman. She will be immensely missed by all who knew her. Celebration of Life is 3:00-5:00 pm on Sunday September 22, 2024 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne.
