When my brother and I were young our father and grandmother would take us to science central a lot. I remember the first time i ever was actually able to ride the counter balance bike, every time I would go I would try and ride it, but get all the way up there and get too scared to get on. The one day my dad finally walked up there with me, he did it first to show me it was ok, then he sat at the other end of the circle waiting for me to ride around the track. He was encouraging me the whole way, "you're doing great Thomas just don't look down buddy! You're almost there just keep pumping those feet!" And when I got back he gave me a big hug and a thundering laugh, "See? That wasn't so bad!"
He also was there on my third birthday when I learned how to ride without training wheels, I remember the bike, the street, the day all so vividly. I remember just tipping over bc I didnt know to take my feet off the pedals! I have a lot of different stories, some funny, some sad, and some of everything in between. My father was a man whose laugh was almost guaranteed to coax at least a chuckle from those around him. May the boat ride into eternity be smooth waters and warm skies. Safe travels and when again we meet, I hope to be greeted with that same thunderous laughter.

I worked with Sean at BF. He always had a smile on his face, always a kind word or a crazy joke or comment to make us forget we were having a bad day . I am completely heartbroken for his wife , children, family and friends . He was a one in a million type of guy. Sending my prayers for strength and comfort to you all .

I worked with Sean at BF Goodrich, which is where I 1st met him and I cannot remember a time not seeing him with a smile or something good to say. I know he was an excellent friend, a nice man and someone that would have give you the shirt off of his back. I will miss seeing you my friend and that constant smile everyday.
