He is survived by his wife Sue, brothers, Jim (Carolyn) Parker, Hal (Joy) Parker, a sister Penny (Kelyn) Ireland and a sister in law Martha Blotter. He was proceeded in death by his parents, six brothers, Don Parker, Duane Parker, Ted Blotter, Roscoe Blotter, Phil Parker and Tom Parker and two sisters, Jayne Parker and Carol Parker Skelly and a brother in law, Jim Skelly.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 11:00 am at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home (6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835) with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be held at Jordan Cemetery in Fremont, IN on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 3:00 pm.
