Alice Roodbeen’s first day on earth was April 24, 1930 and her first day in Heaven is on May 28, 2011.
Prior to living in Fall River, Alice Roodbeen lived in Security and Widefield for more than 40 years. She was active in the community helping in both the schools and through the Security Fire Department Women's Axillary. She loved attending Mass at Holy Family Church.
Alice was born and raised in Detroit, MI where she lived until she married Paul G. Roodbeen. Paul and Alice settled in the Pikes Peak region after being stationed here twice. She loved the mountains and all of her dear friends in the Pikes Peak region. Most of all she loved her family. She also loved playing cards and computer games. She will be missed incredibly and will never be forgotten.
She is survived her son Steve and his wife Kanya, two adoring grandchildren, numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, and even more nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Paul and her sister Dorothy.

A visitation will be held June 9, 2011 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Rosary will follow at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30am at St. Dominic Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
