No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why.

It is with great sadness we mourn the unexpected passing of Brianna Lokilani Templeton, an exceptional young lady whose life was tragically ended in an automobile accident on April 4, 2018 - Bri was 25. Bri was born on February 10, 1993 in Haleiwa, Hawaii and moved to the Fountain Valley area when she was 3 months old. She graduated Fountain Fort Carson High School in 2011, then went on to UCCS Colorado Springs where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2016. Filled with compassion and interested in others, Bri made friends easily and cherished each one. Brianna is survived by her daughter, Brooklyne Gould; fiancé, Tony Parker; mother and stepfather, Anita and Leonard Shipley; brother, Anthony Bunnell and his wife Leilani; maternal grandmother, Rosa Bunnell; father Richard Templeton; aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends. I didn't get to spend a lot of time with Brianna but the times that I did were enjoyable and will now be forever special memories. Such a bright and positive young lady. She was happy and full of life, truly a wonderful person with a beautiful soul. Brianna will be missed by everyone who knew her and loved by so many. Rest In Peace Brianna

When i first met Bri i was on a swingset. All three feet of her seven year old self waltzed up to me with all the confidence in the world. "My mom knows your mom so we should be friends" so ensued one of the most memorable friendships of my life. Bri was strong, selfless, and loving. She stood by me at the age of ten when my own mom passed and all i can pray for is that her daughter finds love and frienship like Brianna gave to me.

Bri and I met at TRP, and immediately hit it off. A rare occurrence for me to be honest. Bri embraced my quirky accent, and we bonded over our love of the Patriots. She was always kind and bubbly, greeting me with hugs and love. I never walked away from her sad. Instead, I always felt loved and truly appreciated.
My favorite memories of Bri would be the days we bought each other coffee. We would always deliver them to each other with a smile, a sweet message of our undying love, and a hug. She will be in my heart forever. And I am honored to have known her, even for just a short while. Love you, sweet lady!

I met Bri when we were just 11 years old and we quickly became best friends. For five years, we were attached at the hip. We lived, we laughed and grew side by side. We learned who we were together. Time and distance came between us, but the love was never lost. I looked up to her from afar and I knew, no matter what, that she would always welcome me with open arms. She shined with a light that could never be dulled. A piece of my heart will always be yours, you are so loved my old friend.

I worked with Bri, played softball with her, and spent countless hours with her just talking about life. She was sweet and funny, and the world will be a bit dimmer without her light. My thoughts are with her parents and her daughter, as well as Tony.

My husband, Kris coached Bri for softball at FFCHS. My daughter DJ was friends with Lizzie and Bri. Bri had come over to our house a few times with Lizzie.
Bri was always so kind and respectful. She had a great heart. There was no way you could not like Bri.
Rest In Peace sweet Bri!!!

So many beautiful memories Over the last 6 years with you, Bri. There’s a lot I wish I could have thanked you for. One of my favorite times with you was making you look like a beached mermaid at Huntington Beach. I love you!

Bri was my best friend for ten years. Within those ten years she taught me to drive, she taught me geometry, she dragged me on countless hikes outside, and she loved every piece of me no matter how undeserving I know I was of her love. She truly was the love of my life that will always live on through her close friends and family, as well as her most prized possession and the only thing she ever said she did right in the world, Brooklyne Gould. I love you so much, Bri.

We meet Bri through our daughter Caitlin and found her to be a truly exceptional young lady. The two of them shared many memories together and know that Cait feels like she lost her sister. We remember meeting up with the two of them in New Orleans and watching the two of them navigate around Bourbon St on bikes, truly one of the funnest sites ever seen. We cannot tell you how much she will be missed, with love,
