Christine is survived by her siblings; Nicholas Sr., Eloy L., Matthew, Martha, Paul, Peter and Felix, Elizabeth Velasquez and Carmen Tedder and numerous cousins, nieces & nephews.
There will be a visitation on Friday, October 30, from 12pm-3PM followed by a Rosary at 3, at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. Hwy 85/87 Fountain, CO.
Private Graveside Mass and interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery 1005 S. Hancock Ave, C/S, CO.
Christine lived in lifelong reliance upon others which was her quiet grace: she was entirely insulated from the hard struggles of the modern world, to sit and visit with her was a pleasant experience where you got to share her welcoming, calming presence which in that moment she made your hard struggles of life feel simple and light.
Christine shared a birthday with Elvis Presley so became a big Elvis fan, enjoyed our pet cats, card games, Bingo, ice cream, crafting, riding her stationary bike, music, TV westerns.
Her absence will be felt by every one of us, the song is ended but the melody lingers on…
