Delbert Lester

Born in Greeley Colorado he was the son of Delbert W. Lester and Allene B. Lester. He attended and graduated from Greeley High School. Delbert proudly served his country for 24 years; 2 tours in Vietnam, he was a recipient of the Bronze Star and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) from the Army.

He is survived by his wife Brigitte Lester and four children - Gary F Lester, Douglas W. Lester, Christiane H Skeldum, and Lutz W Lester. He is also survived by 6 grand kids Jeffery D. Skeldum, Michael J. Skeldum, Sean Lester, Kenny Lester, Mira Lester, and Jana May Lester. 7 great grandkids Christian Skeldum, Haylie Skeldum, Payton Skeldum, Ryker Skeldum, Cielo Tremelling, Mickail Skeldum, and Isabella Skeldum, he is also survived by his beloved three dogs – Bella, Rex, and Ben.

The Funeral Service and reception will be held on May 13, 2017 from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Korean New Life Church 943 Emory Cir, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.
