Gregory Wheat

He is predeceased by a brother Brian Wheat and a sister Dora S. Burnett (nee Wheat).

He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years Desiree Ajoc Wheat.

Gregory is lovingly remembered by son Nathan A., daughter Catherine M., brother Gary P. Wheat, sister Debbie L. Wheat, mother Mary E. Young (nee Pedersen), father Paul A. Wheat, nieces Jamie, Elizabeth, Melissa, nephews Jason, Michael, great nephews and nieces Tristin, Finn, Wally, Ariana and Olivia.

Gregory graduated and earned his high school diploma from Rome Free Academy in Rome, NY, he earned his bachelors' degree at Suny College at Brockport, NY and his masters degree at the University of Colorado Springs, CO.

Gregory served his country for eight years in the US Army un various assignments in the US and Germany attaining the rank of Captain.

Returning to civilian life he worked at Schlage Lock, after his retirement he worked as a substitute teacher in districts 2 and 3 in Colorado Springs, CO.
