He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Urbany. His three children; Stephen Urbany, Daniel Urbany, and Jessica Dolan. His sister, Veronica Gulick. As well as 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents, his brother George Urbany, and his sister, Catherine Gibson.
Jerome spent 26 years serving in the US Army. He was a lifetime and active member of VFW Post 6461. He was endlessly dedicated to his wife and family. Often found taking the family outdoors to go hunting, camping, and fishing. He will be missed by family and friends.
A visitation will take place Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11am, with funeral service to follow at Dove Witt Family Mortuary. A celebration of life will take place following services at VFW Post 6461.
