Katherine L. Bruns 74 of Colorado Springs, Colorado, previously of Missouri, passed away on September 14, 2017. Katherine was born September 30, 1942 in Maryville, Missouri to the late John and Nora Van Pelt. She is survived by son Wayne Bruns and brother Dane Van Pelt as well 1 grandson. Viviation will be held, Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. with Funeral Services following at 2:00 p.m. at Dove Witt Family Mortuary 6630 S. US HWY 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817 with burial at Meierhoffer Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Joseph, Missouri.
