Mary Joan Steubing, born on October 16, 1938, in Texas, passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 87. Mary was known for her kindness and character, leaving behind a legacy cherished by all who knew her.
Mary dedicated 35 years of her professional life to retail management at Sears, where she retired after a distinguished career.
She is survived by her loving spouse Leslie Steubing, her daughter Cheryl Joan Graves and her partner Roger Dale Williams, her stepson Leslie Steubing, her grandson Stephen Ryan Graves, and granddaughters Jordan Marcell, Haley Marcell, and Paige Marcell. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Pauline Gordon, and her son, Gary Scott Marcell.
In her personal life, Mary found joy in going to casinos, oil painting, gardening, and spending time with her two beloved cats. Her warmth and compassion will be remembered and missed by her family and friends.
