Dear Dwayne, Dawn and Weary family-- I will never forget Nancy. What an example she was to me on a variety of levels. Not only was she one of the most hospitable individuals I've ever known, but she was educated and held many amazing positions throughout her life. She loved people. She knew the Word. She would NOT let go or stop doing what she knew the Lord desired for her to do. The more I know about her, the more amazed I am. She wanted everyone to know the truth of who the Lord Jesus Christ is. She was not 'put off' by hard work. I loved and love Nancy Weary. I hope to never forget the numerous attibutes of hers I hope to emulate in my life. I will never forget her smile, her love, or her example. Heaven has received a treasure!!

I loved Nancy so much. She always exhibited the fruit of the Spirit, no matter her circumstances.  In the over 20 years I have known her, she taught me so much about life and God, and prayer.  She shined God's light wherever she was. ❤️🕊✝️

It seems like yesterday that Nancy and I worked together in Women's Aglow. I was new to the Spirit filled life, and Nancy exhibited every fruit of the Spirit to me. She was so creative in the ways she showed love to the Lord, and to the women around her. She always had a song to sing, or a Word from the Lord to share. She made us all feel loved and important. Now she is doing what she enjoyed the most all along....worshipping her Savior and Shepherd. Earth's loss is heaven's gain, and I know she is praying for all of us before the very Throne of God. It was such an honor to be called her "friend".

This was at Uncle Ted’s funeral. I just love Aunt Nancy. I hope to be just like her one day. Always loving and serving others as our Savior.

Dear Weary Family,
We were deeply saddened to hear of Nancy’s passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences as you walk through this season of grief. Nancy’s warmth, strength, and quiet grace left a lasting imprint on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence was a gift—and her absence will be deeply felt.

May you find comfort in the memories you shared, the love that surrounds you, and the assurance that Nancy’s legacy lives on in each life she touched. I’m holding you in prayer, asking for peace that passes understanding and strength for the days ahead.

We have fond memories of Nancy and her open arms to this fallen world.  Her Bible was always as open as her heart for the spiritually and physically hungry. Her home and table was open to those who wanted to grow closer to the Savior.

She took the Master's words seriously and encouraged all to do the same.  She is a friend we look forward to reuniting with on the other side. Peace in the valley and victory on the mountaintop for the family during this temporary time of grief.

We laughed, we cried, and we ministered. Her love for the Lord overflowed to countless people. It was beautiful to see her connect with Holy Spirit in many facets of her life and ministry. This side of heaven will not be the same without her. Those of us saints will need to pick up the torch and reach the broken hearted and the lost. For those who truly believe in their heart and confess Jesus as Lord will see her soon. I was blessed to know Nancy.

64 years married on Earth ... an Eternity to look forward to in Heaven.

Thanksgivings. Christmases. Birthdays. There is always an excuse for the Weary's to eat together. Mom thrived around her family.

It was always hard to get a good photo of Momma -- she was always chatting or laughing. It just made her more lovable.
