Adam was born on September 26 of 1965, in Annandale, Virginia. After graduating from high school and completing four years in the Navy, he met his wife at Reston Hospital.
Adam attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University) and graduated in 2001. He spent 20 years as an optometrist and believed in state-of-the-art technology to give the best possible care to whoever visited him. Adam effortlessly cared for all of his patients, and to many of them, he was also a friend- more than just their optometrist. He found the most joy in teaching others and educating with every opportunity. Eyecare Doctors of Optometry, Sight Studio Optometry, and his family will miss his generous guidance, wisdom, and knowledge.
His memory is carried on by his wife, Mitra Madison; his son, Dawson Madison; and his daughter, Mali Madison.
The funeral will take place at Mullins and Thompson's Funeral Service on July 3rd, 2021, at 3:00 pm.
