He was born on September 20, 1954, in Wellsville, New York, Son of the late Henry Siemaszko and Evelyn Siemaszko (Scoville). He served in the United States Air Force. He loved being outdoors where he enjoyed walking, snowboarding, hunting, fishing, and chopping firewood.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Susan Yale.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Siemaszko; sons, Benjamin Siemaszko (Deanna), Justin Siemaszko(Elizabeth), Adam Siemaszko(Francesca); and sister, Jacquline Cyphert.
