He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Janice Hall, Randy Walters, Dianne Scarbrough, and Catherine Kern; two brothers, Charles and Mac Arthur Walters; two sisters, Thelma Inez Allen and Wynell B Watters; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and three sisters.
The family will receive friends at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg on Sunday, January 29, 2012, from 4-6 PM. A service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
