Remembering what a fine Christian man and friend he was!

I was lucky to have worked with Boyd for five years in Springfield. 
He was one of the fairest and nicest people I have ever met.

One of the saddest days of my life when I recd the msg on Mr Parsons...I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with and live next door to Boyd at work...he was one of the best human beings I have ever met in my life 

So sorry to hear of Boyd's passing.  Cindy and I met Boyd while working for G.E. Aerospace in the late 1980's and early 1990's. One of the nicest guys we ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. A true gentleman in every sense of the word. Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to the family. RIP Boyd. 

Boyd was one of the greatest people I've ever knew.  He would do anything for you and he always had a smile on his face.  I met Boyd back in the early GE days and friends ever since.  We had many great days fishing and many great memories doing so.  I'm surely going to miss being out on the water with him.  Boyd, find us a great fishing spot in heaven.  Our prayers will be for the family that loved him much.

Boyd Parsons was the nicest man on this planet. I pray for his wife and family. Boyd is now in Heaven and I look forward to the day we meet again.

Meeting Boyd while working in N. VA was a very spiritual experience.  The Holy Spirit always glowed from Boyd, no matter what the situation.  We worked in a very complex environment with "guidance" coming from many directions and levels, which always made for interesting times.  Boyd always saw the good in every person and situation, which set an outstanding example for all those around him, and significantly contributed to a positive human way of dealing with the unexpected.  I look forward to seeing you again in God's Kingdom, brother.  RIP good and faithful servant.

You were my earthly father.... So many memories Dad; I just can't believe you are gone.  There is a big hole in my heart.  Fond memories of you being the best father any child could ever ask for.  I was and will forever be proud to call you my father.  You were a man of love, honesty and integrity; you never met a stranger and you were so kind to everyone you came in contact with.  You picked up the pieces when my marriage fell apart and I can't thank you enough for helping me with Nick and Leslie; you were more like a father than a grandfather to them.  Thank you for giving your life to Jesus and teaching us about His love so that we can be reunited in Heaven at the end of our journey here.  I love you Dad and miss you every second of every day.

I had the pleasure of working with Boyd for several years. He was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. What a great loss, the world needs more folks like Boyd.  Prayers for his family.

"Mr. Boyd" was one of the constant and positive influences in my children's lives, and then in my grandson's life. You are missed, our beloved neighbor of 27 years.  You and "Ms. Bettie" were remembered in the children's nightly prayers as they grew up and shared in graduations and celebrations, a great legacy. Our love to the family.

Boyd was one of those folks that I always remembered meeting from my first days days at GE Aerospace in 1990, always a smile on his face and  made everyone feel welcomed and appreciated.  We crossed paths many time there after and he was always the same. You will be missed.

I met Boyd in 2001, and had the pleasure of working with him. for many years. In fact within the past 2 weeks I was telling a friend about Boyd, and a few of the people I worked with back in the 2000's. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, and my thoughts and prayers are with his family during their time of lost, however I encourage all of us to celebrate his life, for he was a friendly, kind man who was willing to lend a helping hand. 

Wow sorry to here that Boyd passed away my condolences going out to his family. I was fortunate to work with him also such a great guy.

My sincerest sympathy to the entire Boyd Family.  I worked with Boyd several years when he was with Martin Marietta/Lockheed Martin. He was a pleasant and kind person who always treated everyone with the utmost respect.
