Brenda was a native to Fredericksburg, Va. She was born on December 28th, 1945 to Lloyd and Mildred Boutchyard.
Brenda worked for Stafford County Public School Transportation for 34 years. She was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord. Brenda loved her family. She enjoyed listening to Christian music and watching The Chosen and HGTV.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Osborn; her children, Tony Sullivan and wife Jamie, David Sullivan and wife Lori and Teresa Conley and husband Phillip; her grandchildren, Ashleigh, Logan, Cameron, Cindy, Aimee, Ruthie, Noah, Ryan, Keifer, Keenan, Keesha, and Gerrica; and her great grandchildren, Dakota, Elija, Noah, Liam, Aurora, Emmet, Elijah, Niclause, Isaac, Aubrey and Caleb.
A visitation for Brenda will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401.
