Mr. Brown was the son of the late Charles Brown Sr. of Frederick, Maryland and loving mother, Helen Branison Brown-Coleman of Fredericksburg, VA.
Mr. Brown is survived by son, Terrell Sands of West Point, Georgia, sister, Monique Brown-Diaw and brother -in-law, Djbril Chimere Diaw of Senegal, West Africa; sister, Bonnita Brown-Crane and brother-in-law, Lorenzo Crane Jr. of Fredericksburg, VA. and Brenda Brown of Sanford, Fl. 3 nephews, 4 nieces, 1 niece-in-law, 5 grand-nieces and 6 grand- nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service at 1621 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
