Kevin was preceded in death by his son, Charles Kevin (Bubba) Sullivan. He was the son of the late M. Jean Graves and stepson of the late Herbert T. Graves.
Kevin succumbed to cancer days after being diagnosed with stage 4. The family knows Kevin is finally at peace now for he has been reunited with his son. He could be seen riding his bike, listening to his heavy metal and picking up side jobs around the neighborhood.
Survivors include his siblings, Betty Jean Sullivan of Spotsylvania, VA, Virginia Snead (James) of Fredericksburg, VA, Thomas Sullivan (Bridgett) of Woodford, VA, John P. Sullivan of Fredericksburg, VA. Kevin held a special relationship with his nephew Christopher (Chris) Sullivan.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
