He was born on September 12, 1975, in Richmond, VA to David Bruce Ruffner, Sr. and Beatrice (Wilson) Potter.
Bruce had a big heart and was loved by everyone that knew him. He loved nature and being outdoors working on landscaping and helping us in our gardens. He was his own man, had his own schedule. He was a great son and brother. He will always be in our minds and hearts.
Survivors include his father, David Bruce Ruffner, Sr. Stepmother, Janice Ruffner , mother, Beatrice Potter; two sisters: Sherry Ruffner-Slack and Michelle Constant; one niece, Summer Slack; two nephews: Wade Slack and Devin Dimeler.
