He is survived by his sister, Susan Troy; and his aunts, Karen Cox (Jack), and Kathleen Trude (Brad Mena).
David was preceded in death by his parents, David Sr. and Carolyn Troy; and his grandmother, Helen Evans.
Although David was born in Pennsylvania, he was able to live in Arizona before moving to Virginia to be with his Sister and his Aunt.
David enjoyed cooking and worked in the restaurant industry.
His love was in sports, watching baseball and football.
