She was born on July 28, 1957, in Washington, D.C. to the late Charles Benjamin Bordeaux and Victoria “Vickie” Barr Bordeaux.
Debbie was a loving mother, grandmother, and fiancé. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Debbie was very creative and enjoyed drawing, painting, writing, doing puzzles, and planting flowers. She liked going on vacation to the beach where she enjoyed drinking her morning coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean.
Predeceased by her parents and her fiancé Gregory “Greg” Scott Sanders.
Survivors include her three children: Meagan Victoria McCoy, William “Will” Michael McCoy III and wife Lauren Nicole, and Michaela Leigh McCoy; four grandchildren: William “Liam” Michael McCoy IV, Addison Reign McCoy, James Everett Griffin, and Margaux Leigh McCoy.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
