She is survived by two brothers, Harold and Jack Hughes both of West Virginia; niece and caregiver, Dora Jean Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Leroy Williams.
A funeral service will be held at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 10:00 A.M., the family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
