Edward William Dangerfield Sr.

Mr. Dangerfield did logistics work for the HMX-1 Marine Helicopter Squadron. He was an avid woodworker.

He is survived by his son, Brian P. Dangerfield (Mary Dickinson); his grandchildren, Edward William Dangerfield, III, John Ashley Dangerfield, Sarah Elizabeth Dangerfield, Scarlet Marie Dangerfield, and Brittany Gordon Dangerfield; his great-grandchildren, Austin Joseph Henderson, Hudson James Dangerfield, Sadie Grace Dangerfield, Jack Ashley Dangerfield, Annie-Kate Pearl Dangerfield, Samuel Forrest Dangerfield, Tyler Xavier Strine, Conner Oscar Strine, Addison Joy Hicks, Avery Summer Hicks, and Archer Jeremy Hicks; and his daughter-in-law, Wanda Marie Dangerfield.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joy Dangerfield; his son, Edward W. Dangerfield, Jr.; his parents, George and Frances Dangerfield; his brother, George B.C. Dangerfield, Jr.; and his sisters, Florence Abocato, and Virginia Coonrod;

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
