A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Eileen was born on July 26, 1926, in Haymarket, Virginia, daughter to the late Thomas and Louis Sutphin.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Joseph Norris.
She is survived by her sons Timothy Norris, Dennis Norris, Brian Norris, and daughter Sharon Hoe.
Eileen is also survived by her grandchildren Sherri, Walter, Ashley, Alexis, Amber, Katrina, and Valerie, along with numerous great grandchildren.
Eileen loved every moment she spent with her family, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to crochet, read the Bible, and garden. Through the good and bad times her love for everyone was unwavering.
