Elaine Bowman

Elaine graduated from Fairfax High School and George Mason University. She retired from the U.S Office of Personnel Management.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Keith Lovett.

She is survived by her brother, Paul Lovett (Regina); her “sister in heart”, Brenda Bradshaw; her furbabies, Bear and Little One; a niece, Karen Lovett Layman and her four children; special friends, Nadine and Gregory Wiggleworth, Peggy and Al Miles and several previous co-workers and Maine Coon Cat friends who lovingly called her “the Cat Lady”.

A special thank you to the 4th and 5th floor staff at Mary Washington Hospital, the staff at Bowling Green Health and Rehabilitation Center and Aseracare Hospice of Richmond, VA.

Elaine’s wishes were to be cremated. Due to Covid-19 there will be no visitation or service.
