Tom retired from VDOT after 40 years and was a member of the Elks, The Eagles, The Moose and The Pythians. He Proudly served in the United State Army.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Whittaker Eutsler; two sons, Timothy and Shawn(Sherry); and four grandchildren, Tommy, Sara, Hailey and Hunter and six great grandchildren, Jada, Easton, Jett, Haze, River, and Rhys.
Preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Dorothy Eutsler and two brothers, Garland Eutsler and Wayne Eutsler.
A graveside service will be held in Oak Hill Cemetery on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 12pm, led by pastor Terry Gilbert. A celebration of life to follow at Community Baptist Church, 44 Lorenzo Dr, Falmouth, VA 22405
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to St. Jude.
