

He was born in Mayking, Kentucky to parents, Oliver and Lathie Adams Bolling.
He was a loving husband and father, brother, friend to many. James Elmer was predeceased by his beautiful daughter, Jennifer Lynne. His memory is carried on by his life, long love and wife. Beverly Day Bolling, his son James Michael Bolling, daughter Sharri Bolling Anderson, and grandchildren, Kelsea Rose Bolling,and Cameron James Bolling. He was the proud brother of the late Zella Bolling Savich, Dannie Bolling, Oliver (Heavy) Bolling and Arch Bolling. Janes Elmer is survived by his brother Arnold Boling and sisters, Ellen Bolling Mills (Frank), Jane Bolling Savich (Frank),Monica Bolling, and his sister in law Susie McGuigan (Mike) and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Scottish Rite and Master Mason. James Elmer worked for over 30 years for the Airline Pilots Association and focused his retirement on his grandchildren. He thoroughly enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with numerous friends, many who parted from this life before him. James Elmer will go home and be buried in hills of Kentucky that he loved so dearly.
