Jesse Blake Taylor

July 3, 1982October 31, 2019

It is with great sadness that the family of Jesse Blake Taylor announces his sudden passing at the age of 37.

He is survived by his parents, Charles Allen Taylor Sr. and Mischka Brigitte Jackson, 4 brothers, Allen Jr, Shawn, Justin, and Josh. Also, his little sister Savannah, a nephew, 3 nieces and another on the way. Jesse was a loving humble son and best friend to his mother. He was also a believer with all his heart in our risen savior, Jesus Christ. Jesse loved animals and nature. He enjoyed walking or riding his bike through his beloved Fredericksburg which he called Fred Rock.

He had an awesome ability to make you laugh and his bright smiling face will be missed by anyone that was lucky enough to have known him. In these recent years he tried without ceasing and with almost need of urgency to share the understanding that we each have only this lifetime on earth to make a choice for eternity. Jesse prayed for all of us on the words of his brother Jesus. John 6:39 And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.

Jesse was an active member of Fredericksburg Full Gospel Fellowship and First Christian Church. Pastor Tracy as well as Pastor John Gordon will both be speaking at the memorial service.

Join us for the celebration of his transition from life on this earth, to being one, of many who will be raised up at the last day.

Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11am on November 9th, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Jefferson Davis Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 (540-373-5842).

I am truly sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to the family and friends. Jesse was well loved and a great friend and person to work with. I will miss his caring heart and our crazy sounds we made at Weis. We all knew when Jesse came in to work. I pray that the family will have peace, uplifting spirits and live life to the fullest as Jesse did. His loving memories will live a lifetime.

I want to express my deepest sympathy for the family and friends of Jesse. I worked with Jesse at the weis grocery store. Jesse and I spent a lot of time sitting and talking about life, his dreams, his love for the Lord and how blessed life can be. Jesse had such a smile and kindness about him that is truely hard to find. I valued our friendship to its core and Im saddened that he is no longer here to share his next chapter of life's adventures. I will always remember his love for people, and being a genuine young man who left an impact on the people he met and the places he went. I pray that comfort is brought to all knowing that Jesse is at peace with our Savior.
